Sarah is an experienced and qualified personal trainer who specialises in strength and conditioning. Sarah has been competing in Powerlifting at a local level since 2016, taking home medals at every meet.

COACHING

Thomas is one of the leading powerlifting coaches in Australia, with several of the country’s best athletes under his guidance. Thomas takes a comprehensive approach to coaching, ensuring that the lifter understands why they are being directed in a certain way, and providing cues that work for the individual. As a technical perfectionist, Thomas will not leave any stone unturned when it comes to technique, ensuring that every base is covered.

A 1-on-1 technique session is a fantastic way to begin your journey to greater strength, through improved efficiency in movement patterns and mental cues. In a technique session with Thomas, the safest, most efficient technique will be covered on the 3 power-lifts – squat, bench press and deadlift. Alternatively, this can be tailored to focus on an individual lift, should you choose to.

ONLINE COACHING

Online coaching is a fantastic and comprehensive alternative to in-person coaching. Coaching plans can be tailored for any goal, with a key technical focus on the 3 power-lifts – squat, bench press and deadlift. We have clients from all over Australia, as well as internationally, ranging from absolute beginners to some of the best powerlifters in Oceania.

Throughout the process, you will be provided with the guidance and tools required to make the most progress possible. The process is made educational, so you are well equipped to apply new skills and knowledge to your training post-coaching.

 There are 3 levels of online coaching available. What they entail and their pricing are as follows:

LITE

  • An initial technical assessment, where you send through videos of your squat, bench press and deadlift, and are provided with a comprehensive report, detailing technique and providing changes and cues.

  • A proven program to follow, based on your goals with training and any upcoming competitions.

  • Access to a private Facebook group. You're permitted to upload videos of your training for open feedback and have access to exclusive content.

  • Check-ins once per month to keep you on track where you will be provided with in-depth technical feedback and points for improvement on videos of your main lifts

Standard (most popular)

  • An initial technical assessment, where you send through videos of your squat, bench press and deadlift, and are provided with a comprehensive report, detailing technique and providing changes and cues.

  • A proven program to follow, based on your goals with training and any upcoming competitions.

  • Video review of all core lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift) with in-depth feedback and points for improvement with 1 check-in per week

  • Access to a private Facebook group. You're permitted to upload videos of your training for open feedback and have access to exclusive content. You will be provided with in-depth technical feedback and points for improvement on 5 videos per week


Premium

  • An initial technical assessment, where you send through videos of your squat, bench press and deadlift, and are provided with a comprehensive report, detailing technique and providing changes and cues.

  • A proven program to follow, based on your goals with training and any upcoming competitions.

  • Video review of all core lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift) with in-depth feedback and points for improvement with unlimited checkins.

  • Unlimited contact via Facebook messenger/email/text with 24hr response time

  • Access to a private Facebook group. You're permitted to upload videos of your training for open feedback and have access to exclusive content. You will be provided with in-depth technical feedback and points for improvement on unlimited videos in this package (however you will receive unlimited feedback in your private check-ins)

The process is iterative - I aim to teach you WHY we make the changes we make, rather than just telling my clients what to do. Ideally, it's about educating the client so they are able to manage their training in the future, should they continue alone.

So, in a nutshell, the online coaching includes:

  • an initial technical report

  • programming for the duration of the coaching

  • weekly feedback and technical assessment (depending on the package)

  • ongoing support and fielding of any questions along the way

  • coaching at competitions (pending my availability, but I always try my best).

For first-timers with my coaching, I collect 3 months up front, then continue any further coaching on a month-to-month basis. We have online clients locally, nationally and internationally.
