WHAT I KNOW TO BE TRUE

Feeling anxious and depressed all the time is exhausting.

Not feeling connected to a supportive community will get you feeling anxious and depressed pretty fast.

So will repeatedly disappointing yourself.

And so will having nothing to work towards or get excited about.

When was the last time you worked hard for something and you felt that excitement of knowing your goal was within reach? Or that overwhelming sense of accomplishment and satisfaction when you sat back and realised you actually did it?
